Comfort's recent Girls Night Out event was a smashing success for one area non-profit according to Scott Faber, owner of Comfort's "Scott & Co." "During Girls Night Out, with the help of sponsors Comfort Liquor Store, Kristen Lindner, Dr. Ode Young and Cecil Baldwin of SpaParty and all of the shoppers, Scott & Co was able to reach the $1000 goal for the raffle to support CARES," said Faber.
CARES is a Hill Country based organization that promotes healthy individuals, healthy families and healthy communities by providing prevention, intervention and recovery services for domestic violence, sexual assault, abuse and neglect, chronic illnesses and self-destructive behaviors.
During Girls Night Out Faber reported that the salon had more than 175 ladies attend. In turn, Faber sent them along to all the other participating businesses in Comfort.
Faber shared that he is excited about the Salon's continued growth that has allowed him to extend his hours. He is presently adding Mondays to the salons busy schedule.
